Hi everyone,
I installed Trados Studio Freelance 2021 about 1 month ago. I'm using it on a Mac through a virtual machine (Parallels).
Now, Trados has crashed, I have no longer access to any button or menu, I cannot close Trados and any action I try to do, I'm getting this error message: "La référence d'objet n'est pas définie à une instance d'objet".
I would like to uninstall and reinstall Trados. But, before I do so, do I need to deactivate my license?

If you are able to start Studio, then I would suggest deactivating Studio.
However, as you will be reinstalling on the same machine, then its shouldnt be necessary.
The error you have described is very generic and doesn't tell us anything at all- perhaps you could post the full error stack?
