From the details you provided a reactivation of the license on the server should resolve the issue.

However, can you please send me a screenshot with the error message received when opening Studio just to make sure it`s not something else?

As an alternative and if possible you can install SDL License Manager on your computer and activate the license until your network specialist is available.

  Thank you for your quick assistance. Error code is like this.

This is in Japanese "Evaluation mode Expired [37]". 

I have tried activate the code on my client PC by installing the SDL License Manager and then execute network activation of the key. However, an error message has emerged to note that quantity is not suitable. I set the quantity to 1, which is defined our license contract. I understand that I cannot activate the key because my client PC has no seat for the license and correct seat is present on our server. 

Please teach me whether my recognition is correct or not.
