My License key got invalid.

Yesterday I translated a document using Trados Studio 2019. The software was suddenly freezed and I restarted my PC. When I tried to restart Trados software, License was not verified and my License key got invalid. So I could not start the software. 

When I made inquiries to SDL Japan this morning, License trouble has occurred at the headquarter of SDL and has recovered. However, I remain to have difficulty to start the software. 

Please teach me what should be done to recover my License program.

      Thank you for your quick assistance. Error code is like this.

    Trados Studio error message in Japanese stating 'Evaluation mode Expired 37' with a red 'X' icon and an 'OK' button.

    This is in Japanese "Evaluation mode Expired [37]". 

    I have tried activate the code on my client PC by installing the SDL License Manager and then execute network activation of the key. However, an error message has emerged to note that quantity is not suitable. I set the quantity to 1, which is defined our license contract. I understand that I cannot activate the key because my client PC has no seat for the license and correct seat is present on our server. 

    Please teach me whether my recognition is correct or not.
