Can't deactivate license from a crashed laptop.

Question

I'm using SDL Trados Studio Freelancer 2021. My whole laptop is crashed. I can't see any "reset license" option but 2 choices in the attached screenshot. How can I deactivate the license remotely and activate it in my new computer. Thanks a lot. Screenshot showing two options: 'Can't activate online? - Get an offline Activation Certificate' and 'Can't deactivate online? - Deactivate offline'.
