My old laptop that has SDL Trados 2021 on it had a problem and it wouldn't have been worth getting it fixed. So, 2 days ago, I bought a new one.
I mailed you on how do I transfer my SDL Trados account to the new laptop and got an answer. So, I reset it, BUT I'm not sure if I am able to now download onto my new laptop. I was expecting a mail or a notification that this was successful.
How can I know and not be charged extra before the renewal date?
