Hi Oana, Thanks for trying to help - I have deleted the original post as it did contain too many details I didn't wanna be public (I realized too late this is a public forum and everyone can see it) currently I am waiting for a feedback form the customer support as there are issues with my license and deactivating isn't working. Thanks for trying to help, its really appreciated.
