Cannot activate Trados 2007 after upgrading Win 7 to Win 10

I am dependant on my licence being activated after upgrading Win 7 to Win 10. I cannot import my TM into a higher Trados Version due to well-known data corruption issues (cannot reorganise TM). For this reason, I need to activate my Trados 2007 licence. Who can help?

    I have checked the settings as per the link you sent and they are all ok. I have just tested an old PC on which I used to use Trados and on which it is still installed and even that will not let me activate my license (even though no changes have been made to an up-and-running system). In the event log (trados_004ecf00_event.log) I get the message "Message: Our service is disabled". This implies that sdl are not allowing product activation with older products full stop. That is not ok since I paid a lot of money for my license. Can you please ask Support for an activation license or for another solution. It is not even possible for me to contact support directly, since there are no contacts anymore.
