I have recently bought a new PC and my current license for Trados Studio Professional 2019 does not work. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue?

Hi Ricarda,
I presume you mean that you didn't release the license from your old PC. You can simply open Studio on your old PC, click on the Help tab > Product Activation > Deactivate.
Close Studio. Open Studio on your new PC.
Go to your SDL Account Licenses page, here: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.asp then highlight and copy your activation code, which you can then paste into your new PC via he Help tab > Product Activation etc.
If you don't have your old PC or have a problem releasing the license, here is how to reset your license yourself:
Self-Reset Single User licenses
Alternatively, go to: https://www.trados.com/contact/chat.html and click on the Chat button.

Thank you so much for your help, I have just been able to activate my license succesfully. I couldn't release the license from the old PC, it decided to unexpectedly terminate itself...
