Need to re-install SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance

Question

I can't see in my licence for Trados Studio 2017 Freelance 
 but rather I can only see 
 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 
 SDL Passolo 2011 Essential (Single-user) 
 
 I do have purchased 
 SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx 
 
 I'd like now to re-install SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance how shall I do that?

 I`ve checked your account and I can`t find any 2017 license either. Can you please provide an order number for the 2017 license you have purchased so I can check in more detail?
