I need to deactivate my Trados that's on my old computer that broke down. I tried deactivating offline but kept on getting the error message. I tried a couple of different kinds of browsers, and still got the same message. I really need to get this done ASAP so I can activate it on my new computer and get work completed on time.. :( Please HELP!
