Hi,
For my following license xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx activated on 06.02.2016, I need to deactivate the license.
I tried to do so, but received an error message during my offline deactivation. Could you please deactivate it so I can move forward with this process?

If your activation(s) is/are in use, then you should have an option to Reset License in the Licenses section of your SDL account!
Please click on this option to reset 1 of your activations!

Hello Adrian,
I do not have this option "Reset License" on this license only (but I do have this option on others). Since I cannot do the reset on this license by myself, I would need to contact the SDL support directly in order to have a remote deactivation of this specific license.
