Trados Business Manager Essential 6

After downloading and installing, Trados Business Manager Essential refuses to work. After launching the application the dashbord is shown and then I see rotating black squares for a moment. Then the following error message appears at the bottom of the application windows.

"An error has occurred. Information about error occurred has been sent to our developers. Application may no longer respond until reloaded. You can press F12 to view error details in the browser's console. Reload".

When reloading not even the dashbords are shown. 

What must be done to get this software up and running?

    We have absolutely same issue here:

    I try to understand why it can't launch for some users, because most users do not have this issue - application starts and works correctly.

    If you press F12 and switch to the Console window, what kind of error do you see there?

    In a few minutes we'll have an update, probably it will solve the problems, but can't promise, since I can't reproduce this error - it works on all computers which we can access. I'll post update here when update is ready.
