Hi Sorin, It was indeed reset and open for reactivation, but when I tried to reactivate it, the installation ID on the web and on the software was not the same and it didnt work. I cannot edit the installtion ID. But I see on the license information that is active. But it isnt. What could have gone wrong? Thanks
