Need to be sent deactivation and activation codes

Hi, I have a professional license - single user under order 493465 (it has two licenses, only need this action for one). It was correctly installed in my previous laptop. When replacing it with a new one, I have to reinstall Trados. I have to deactivate the previous license installed and install it in the new one. 

When trying to deactivate it it asks on the second field/box for a deactivation certificate i do not have.

If I try to install it without deactivating it (offline), it also asks for an activation certificate I do not have.
