REOCCURING PROBLEM - Activate my Freelance subscription (no license) on my new computer

It seems my initial problem hasn't been solved yet, as I still cannot activate my 1-year freelance subscription on my new computer (see https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/licensing/34463/activate-my-freelance-subscription-no-license-on-my-new-computer).

For information, a case had been opened at the time and the support team provided a temporary license for me while waiting for the issue to be solved by the technical engineers. But this licence has now expired and the error message is back. It pops when I try to activate the subscription and then the software immediately closes, which means I'm unable to work. I have lots of pending translation projects so this issue is quite urgent...

Here's a copy of my previous message (from 8th March 2021) explaining the issue to the support team: 

I now get another error message: "The license key is not valid for this device. Try again with a different license or contact your cloud administrator".  Please find attached the screenshot of this message (in French). Again, this message is weird because I don't have a license number. I also looked up that error message in the Knowledge Base and found this: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0036866. Unfortunately, it doesn't apply to my situation. I don't know what else I can do. Can you help me?

SDL Trados Studio 2021 product activation window with an error message in French indicating the license key is not valid for this device and suggesting to try a different license or contact the cloud administrator.

Can you please help me ASAP?
