If you want to create a separate account you need to do it exactly how you did when you created your own account. You cannot create a separate account from an existing one.
You can do this from: oos.sdl.com

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, this option is not suitable for us. Other vendors have the option to create a shared personal account with administrator rights to manage the entire functionality. Next, I create a separate account and assign a license to it. I give access to this account to the employee and he can install and enable additional options.
What do I need to do to connect SDL. CLOUD to an employee? Do I have to give full access from my personal account?

In think that what you want to do is to add a new user in your SDL account, not to create a separate account.

You need to delete it and create a new one with the correct information.

I don't have permission to delete the account. Do I need to create a separate request to delete this account?
