Trados 2019 license doesn't work properly.

Now my Trados 2019 license works only for 1 month. After 1 month, it asks activation code and I have to reset my license key. Why?

    Are you using a laptop connected to a docking station? Was the first activation of your Studio license done while your laptop was in the docking station? If this is the case try to deactivate the license, disconnect from the docking stations and reactivate the license while you`re connected on Wifi. 

    If not, can you please provide more details about the machine you`re using and if for some reason the MAC address changes from time to time?

    Oh, the Trados license is checking the Mac address?

    I am not using any docking stations for my laptop. But now I understand why the MAC address has been changed.

    My local ISP couldn't provide a steady internet connection service since last January.

    So I have used Data to connect internet whenever the WIFI didn't work properly.

    At that time, when I tried to use Trados, I needed to activate it again. Now fully understood.

    Even though I use the same laptop, I have to reset the license because of the different MAC address?

    It is a very inconvenient system for users. Please update this license checking system for users who are working in unstable Wifi environments.

    When the Wifi didn't work properly, if the Trados didn't work either, it is the worst day for the freelance translators.
