Are you using a laptop connected to a docking station? Was the first activation of your Studio license done while your laptop was in the docking station? If this is the case try to deactivate the license, disconnect from the docking stations and reactivate the license while you`re connected on Wifi. 

If not, can you please provide more details about the machine you`re using and if for some reason the MAC address changes from time to time?

Oh, the Trados license is checking the Mac address?

I am not using any docking stations for my laptop. But now I understand why the MAC address has been changed.

My local ISP couldn't provide a steady internet connection service since last January.

So I have used Data to connect internet whenever the WIFI didn't work properly.

At that time, when I tried to use Trados, I needed to activate it again. Now fully understood.

Even though I use the same laptop, I have to reset the license because of the different MAC address?

It is a very inconvenient system for users. Please update this license checking system for users who are working in unstable Wifi environments.

When the Wifi didn't work properly, if the Trados didn't work either, it is the worst day for the freelance translators.

Starting Studio 2021 the license is activated based on the Disk ID and Host Name so the MAC change will not be a problem anymore. 

For Studio 2019 and older versions the activation is done based on the Disk ID and the MAC address. Until you will upgrade to 2021 the workaround would be to deactivate the license from Studio > Help > Product Activation before switching from Wifi to Data and then reactivate it. Same procedure when switching back from Data to Wifi. I know this is not ideal but licensing checking system can`t be changed for older versions as it will cause a lot of issues for the current users.
