I´ve downloaded the installation files but wHen the installation begins and tries to download files from go.windows.. there's an error with RESULT= -2146697211. How can I solve this?

What version of Studio are you trying to install?

The screen only says that there was an error downloading the files but these are the last lines of the install log after accepting the EULA

Make sure you have all Windows updates installed then try to install Studio 2019 manually: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
If it doesn`t work, try to download and install the component (Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2) mentioned in the message from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/microsoft-net-framework-4-7-2-web-installer-for-windows-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
Then run the Studio installer again.
