I have bought an upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 to 2021, and have downloaded and installed it but when I try to activate it I cannot find the actication key i.e. the product is no in my Account's Licences list. What should I do?

Hi Terhi Aalto,
In order to see the 2021 license released in your Licenses section from your SDL account, you'll have to process the upgrade - that means you switch the 2017 license (becomes deactivated) with the 2021 license.
To do that please see the below steps:
To process the upgrade from your 2017 version to the 2021 one please follow the below steps
Log in into your SDL account
Click on Products & Plans - Licenses tab
Click on the blue banner with the message 'You have 1 upgrade available'
On the next page click on "Upgrade" button again
Once all done return to licenses tab where the 2021 license code will appear.
