Trados does not connect or recognize my User ID for SDL Language Cloud

Hi Everyone! I'm on EST. 

I installed Trados 2021 today on a new laptop, but it doesn't recognize my user ID (at all) when logging in. It either doesn't recognize it or it says "connection error". I had no problem with this user ID on my other laptop. Anyway, I changed the ID (forgot password option) but still nothing. 

I know that tomorrow there will be major work, but I'm well within the window to use the software.
