Hi Everyone! I'm on EST.
I installed Trados 2021 today on a new laptop, but it doesn't recognize my user ID (at all) when logging in. It either doesn't recognize it or it says "connection error". I had no problem with this user ID on my other laptop. Anyway, I changed the ID (forgot password option) but still nothing.
I know that tomorrow there will be major work, but I'm well within the window to use the software.

There was an outage that affected the Language Cloud services. LC services seem to be running again now but the issue could manifest intermittently, the investigation for identifying the root cause is ongoing.
