If you had already downloaded the software- go to your downloads folder- move the Trado Studio.exe installer to your desktop and try again with the install.

Failing that, log into your RWS account/Downloads and try again to download and install.

Please let us know how you get on.

unfortunately it didn't work because I receive an error message: "setup has detected a higher version of this project already installed. If you still wish to install this version you must remove the other version first".

But I don't know what version I have to disinstall.

I still couldn't find a solution. When I try to uninstall the older version an error message appears: "Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair this version you must use that version's installer". But where is ti?

I cannot locate that version... I'm desperate
