I was installing the update for Studio 2021. All of a sudden the computer crashed in the middle of the process. I restarted the computer but the program (and the icon link) disappeared. Can you help me please?

If you had already downloaded the software- go to your downloads folder- move the Trado Studio.exe installer to your desktop and try again with the install.
Failing that, log into your RWS account/Downloads and try again to download and install.
Please let us know how you get on.
