since I've received an error message "Base 64 error" SDL TRADOS Studio stopped working at all (after deleting and reinstallatiing it, this error message keeps appearing continously.

I have a subsciption to SDL Trados Studio 2021.
The error message is the following since 2 days and aftér reinstallations as well.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work.
Nevertheless, these steps must must be very close to the real solution of the problem, as it seems that the "log-in function" is missing/working non-properly/ after opening Trados.
