On 13.03.2015 I purchased the upgrade to Trados Studio 2014 freelance. I received the following information in a mail on the same day

However, I still cannot see any licensing information on my licenses page. Please provide me with the licensing information AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
I cannot work using Trados at present because the 2011 licence has been cancelled. I desperately need to complete and deliver two jobs using the program - because your system is not working I will now be late.
