Where is the Online Activation page?
I was able to activate Trados Studio 2021 from within the app.
I know that I also need to activate it online via the Online Activation page, but I cannot find this page.
Could you please help?

Hi Miki Allen
If you mean that you have entered the activation code you received into SDL Trados Studio then that is all you have to do.
You also have an online account that is connectable to by entering the email address you used to purchase your Studio license with, here:
You need to enter your email address and your password.
From there, you can access all sorts of things...

Thank you for your reply.
I have my online SDL account, but it says "No data: You have no licenses" although I have already activated my Tardos Studio 2021.
I need to download Traods Freshstart, but because the system thinks that I don't have a license, I cannot do it.

Hi Miki,
I don't understand what could have caused this if you have paid for Studio 2021. Someone who works for RWS (SDL) will have to help you. Unless you have used two different email addresses ... or you haven't waited long enough to receive your activation code after buying the product.
Paul or or someone else will be able to look at your SDL account and find out what's happening.

I am a freelance translator working for a translation company that gave me a copy of Trados they had purchased for their staff translators.
