If you mean that you have entered the activation code you received into SDL Trados Studio then that is all you have to do.

You also have an online account that is connectable to by entering the email address you used to purchase your Studio license with, here:

My account

You need to enter your email address and your password.

From there, you can access all sorts of things...

Thank you for your reply.

I have my online SDL account, but it says "No data: You have no licenses" although I have already activated my Tardos Studio 2021.

I need to download Traods Freshstart, but because the system thinks that I don't have a license, I cannot do it.

This appears to be just an explanation page. It says:

1. Display the Product Activation dialog:
   • For SDL Trados Studio & SDL Passolo, go to Help > Product Activation.
   • For SDL Trados GroupShare, go to All Programs > SDL > SDL GroupShare [year] > SDL GroupShare [year] Product Activation
2. Select Activate.
3. On the Online Activation page, enter your activation code in the Activation code box. Your can get your activation code by accessing your SDL Account > My Licenses.
4. Select Activate.
   A message is displayed indicating that the activation was successful.

I have done 1 and 2. I cannot do 3 because I cannot find the Online Activation page.

How can I show my license data within my online account?

Hi Miki,

I don't understand what could have caused this if you have paid for Studio 2021. Someone who works for RWS (SDL) will have to help you. Unless you have used two different email addresses ... or you haven't waited long enough to receive your activation code after buying the product.

Paul or  or someone else will be able to look at your SDL account and find out what's happening.
