I tried a Repair, and checked the protection against Ransomware (was disabled already).I also tried Paul's suggestion https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/studio/29673/impossible-de-demarrer-le-service-sdl-translationstudio-api-projectmanagement-iprojectmanagementservicebut it does not work as I cannot open Studio.Chat support could not help any further either.I'm afraid I need to uninstall and reinstall or reset the licence and I am scared of doing this without guidance...
