You can also try to reset Studio to default settings as described here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033669

If this doesn`t work, an SDL engineer will contact you as soon as possible through the case you logged to have a remote session and investigate further.

HI Sorin

I did as you suggested and I started Studio again... it looked like it was going to work, but it stopped... and I got the same error message in the end... and no Studio :-(

I also tried to rename the Studio 16 folder in C/Users/Local/SDL/SDL Trados Studio, without result.

Please make sure I get help first thing monday morning, I really need it.
