Cannot deactivate 2021+ to reactivate 2019+ that disappeared after upgrading to 2021+

Question

I initially wanted to install Trados Analysis 2021+. Reading through the instructions, the presence of Studio 2019 would have been necessary. However, Studio 2019+ was no longer under licenses after upgrading to 2021+. Then I saw that 2019+ disappears by default in favor of 2021+. The license number of which is given. But I want to be able to continue using 2019+ as well, because many customers still use this version. When I want to open the return package of WorldPaket, a msg popps up showing that the trial period for 2019+ has expired. So I am to deactivate 2021+, install 2019+, taking the license key for 2021+ (how?). But I cannot deactivate 2021+. Offline deactivation does not work, a message to contact support appears. I ask for comment.

Hello Hans-Georg Reiss 
 I`ve reset your 2021 license. Please follow the below steps and let me know if Studio 2019 gets activated or goes into Trial mode. 
 1. Close Studio (both versions, including the error message). 
 2. Go to : C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\Data and rename the file Studio.lic, e.g. to Studio_old.lic. 
 3. Go to : C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data and r ename the file Studio.lic, e.g. to Studio_old.lic. 
 4. Download and install the latest version of Studio 2019 from this link: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2019/SR2/CUs/CU8/SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_CU8_3007.zip 
 5. Activate Studio 2021. 
 6. Close Studio 2021 and open Studio 2019 - it should be licensed or at least in Trial mode.

 If Studio 2019 is in Trial mode everything is ok. Once the Trial period will expire it will be licensed automatically. All these details are mentioned in the article I sent: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033843 
 If you don`t use that App you can go ahead and uninstall it.
