I have worked previously on this machine with my Trados license prior to moving it to a notebook for mobility reasons. I have since reinstalled the entire OS and upon installing Trados Studio 2014 SP2 from a file (source unknown), I can no longer activate with my license as the program is already somehow activated with a BigBird license, which cannot be deactivated. Offline deactivation does not work. The issue is not unique as others have logged similar problems. I do not have a support agreement with SDL and would like to refrain paying additional charges for software that is already expensive as is. Many thanks for support.
