License problem in the instalation of the trados freelance

Question

I bought a new (perpetual) license from Trados Freelance 2021. 
 I had before a starter license for 1 year. 
 As the new license was processed after its purchasing, the system didn't update to Trados Freelance 2021. 
 Do I have to reinstall the program? If I do, where I download it again? Is there any other way to fix it in order to run the license that I bought?

Dear Adrian, I reset it, but it didn't work to reactivate it. Look on my license page: 
 
 It's not showing in use, but only available. 
 And I can't deactivate it, either:

Hello Rafael, 
 
 According to our records, the Freelance license has been activated a few days ago, so you must be using the Freelance version. Also, this has a single-user license, which means it can only be activated on one device at a time. (so you can't activate the same license on another device, or on the same device, without having to deactivate the license first)

Hello Rafael, 
 
 The screen you are sharing is not typical for the Freelance version, so I would recommend resetting your license, then activating the license for the Freelance version again. Please follow the instructions below to reset your license:

 Once the license is deactivated, you can activate it again on your device.

Hello Rafael, 
 If the license appears to be available, there's no need to deactivate it! Simply activate the Freelance license again by copy-pasting the Freelance license code into the Product Activation screen, and you should be able to enjoy all the benefits of the Freelance version.

You may have to wait around 30 minutes for the license key to work, so that's why you can't activate it immediately after the reset.

 If you are still getting the "Deactivation failed..." error message, please go to C:\Program Data\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio 16\Data and delete or rename Studio.lic

 If you open Trados Studio, go to the Help tab, then click About SDL Trados Studio, can you please advise if you have the Freelance version over there? 
 Thank you! 
 You shouldn't need to download or reinstall Trados Studio again, but by the looks of it, you may have the Freelance license already activated.
