It would be helpful if you told us what the error message is -also screen shots are useful along with the full error stack where possible-
Please also tell us what device you are trying to install on (PC/MAC) and which operating system you have.

This time there was no error message. During the installation process I managed to do a screenshot. Soon afterwards the installation process got aborted by itself.
I tried several times and it was always the same.
I had error messages before and I tried out everything I was advised to do. Nothing worked. Now I did remove the application and wanted to reinstall it.
