I cannot install the SDL Trados Studio 2021 that I've just bought.

Question

I cannot install the SDL Trados Studio 2021 that I've just bought. I downloaded the file but when I try to install it I get an error message. 
 Please, I need a solution asap.

 It would be helpful if you told us what the error message is -also screen shots are useful along with the full error stack where possible- 
 
 Please also tell us what device you are trying to install on (PC/MAC) and which operating system you have.
