Lost licence on computer which stopped working

Hi, I have the freelance plus version of Trados. I had one licence running on a laptop which stopped working and I'm unable to access SDL on that device to return the licence.

I'd like to recover that licence in some way so I can use it on the new machine I've bought.

I'm still able to use my Trados on my other machine and I don't want it to be affected.
