Regarding the reported issue, please:

1. Delete the projects.xml file from C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Studio 201X\Projects so that you are able to start Studio.

Hi Dragos,

There are no files in Documents (hidden docs should be visible).

I already renamed files in folder Studio 16 as suggested in support article (Jerzy provided this link).

I still cannot start Studio and need further help.

Any other error messages?

The projects.xml can be found in any PC, when you open the "Documents" folder from Windows Explorer. It looks like this:

Ah, I see, I was on wrong path, I deleted project file and I was able to start Studio. For now, I'm happy :) Thank you to all of you. Best, Alexandra.
