Hello,
I installed newest Service Release for Studio 2021 and I get an error message "Dienst SDL.TranslationStudio.API.ProjectManagement.ProjektManagement.Service konnte nicht gestartet werden.
It seems there is no way to open a support ticket (without contract).
Can anyone help?

The projects.xml can be found in any PC, when you open the "Documents" folder from Windows Explorer. It looks like this:
