Error "System.Transactions, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089"

When I try to start Trados Studio SR 1 CU 8 I get the following error:

Error dialog box titled 'Fehler' with a message indicating a missing assembly 'Sdl.Translations, Version=4.0.0.0' and the system cannot find the specified file. Buttons for 'Knowledge Base' and 'Community' are visible, along with an 'OK' button.

Trados then shuts down and can't be started.

    I have the same error when upgrading Trados Studio 2021 to 2021 SR2. I have tried all the resolutions posted on the Community such as renaming the setting files, using freshstart and uninstalling & reinstalling, disk cleanup and so on. However, the problem has not been resolved...
