Hello,
I activated License Studio 2021 on my RWS account before desactivating Studio 2019 on the App (I wasn't aware...).
My RWS account shows In Use = 0 and the App opens as Studio 2019.
I tried to desactivate the Studio 2019 License, but I receive this message:
"Desactivation failed. Login for this product has been restricted. Contact the system administration for assistance."
Could you please help to correct this issue?
