Cannot reset or deactivate license (freelance plus)

Hi,

could anybody please help?

I have a Freelance Plus activation. 

One license was in use on my desktop computer, the other on my laptop computer.

The desktop crashed completely, no way to re-access anything. I had to install a new OS.

When I want to deactivate the desktop license, I have two problems:

- I cannot identify which license belongs to which computer (license key shown in laptop version of product is different than the ones shown in sdl account)

- Wanting to deactivate or reset the license results in error message "an error has occured - an email has been sent to support to log a case".

I need to reactivate the desktop version, please can anybody help?

(I thought of deactivating both, reinstalling the desktop product, activating the desktop and afterwards reactivate the laptop as well)
