On February 17, 2021 I bought « SDL Trados Studio Freelance L1 – Subscription » for € 295.
I use it regularly. Today, when using it I got an error message and Trados shut down.
When trying to open Trados again, a window "Activation du produit Trados Studio 2021" opens. Going to « Abonnement Language Cloud » and clicking on « Activate» I get the message:
« Votre compte Language Cloud a atteint le nombre maximum d’appareils enregistrés pour l’abonnement en cours. » Which is not true.
How do I have to proceed please?
