Trados refuses any TM and impossible to deactivate license

Hello,

I can't use Trados any more because it simply stopped accepting any kind of TM and instead is sending me endless (infuryating) error messages.

I already tried to reinstall the whole software, but for some reason, the original configuration reappeared and using Trados is still totally impossible. Now I would like to deactivate the license once again and perform a complete reinstall of the system — except that deactivating the license has also become impossible, because, according to the message, some other "instances of this application are running" (which? I don't know, nothing else is running).

Could you please help me deactivate the licence (the one activated on July 14th)?
