Hi Elsa,
thanks for your fast answer. The problem exist direct after the 1st silent installation. Till now it's not clear where this failure comes from. I will test it with the reset but this should not be done, direct after the installation. There are even not all of these folders are existing because SDL Trados was never started. So e.g. no project folder is there.
