Hi,

My Trados Studio didn't work this morning, so after trying several thinks including bringing back Windows to a previous date, I tried to uninstall Trados Studio. I couldn't so I downloaded from my acount the version I found and executed it. It didn't work either.

The error message is the following:

Setup did not complete. The error is:

Seetup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version isntaller.

I don't know what is "that version isntaller".

How can I solve this problem.
