Unable to use SDL Trados 2021 due to a problem with the licence

Hi everyone, 

It has been a month since I have been unable to use SDL Trados Studio 2021.

I purchased a Trados Studio Freelance L1 - Student Edition - Subscription in March, installed it on my work computer only, and now it says I need to activate the software.

The thing is, when I try to, it states that I already registered too many devices, even though it is only one : 

SDL Trados Studio 2021 activation window with an error message stating 'Votre compte Language Cloud a atteint le nombre maximum d'appareils enregistres'. User's email and other options are blurred out.

My SDL account shows no license so I cannot desactivate it to reactivate it after.

I have tried to unistall and reinstall SDL Trados Studio but it does not solve the problem.

Has anyone encountered the same problem?
