An Error Upgrading to 2021

I recently bought an upgrade from Trados 2017 Freelance Plus to Trados Freelance Plus 2021. On my licenses page, the message displays indicating that I have 1 upgrade available. When I clicked on it, I got an error message saying that An error has occurred. Then I tried resetting my license and I got the same error message. What shall I do?
