Cannot deactivate my license

Question

Hello team, 
 
 I swicthed my license from my PC to my laptop to work remotely. Now that I'm back to my office I need to switch it back. However, I cannot deactivate my license on my laptop, neither with the activation wizard nor offline. 
 
 1. How come I never could deactivate my license offline? Is there a special trick to do it? Or a special reason I cannot? 
 2. Can you please deactivate my license or tell me how to do it?

 I`ve reset your license, you can try to reactivate it. 
 If you activate the license while connected on Wi-fi try to activate it while still connected on Wi-fi. Same for other types of connections (cable, docking station).
