Your email address needs to be added to the following Language Cloud account ID: 332187. This can be done by an administrator of this account following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027193
Your email address is also linked to account 506585 but there are no licenses in it so you can`t login with that one.

You are an administrator in the RWS account but you also need to be added as a users in the SDL Language Cloud account (ID: 332187) as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027193
As I said before this needs to be done by an administrator of this account.

According to vendor there could be a problem with my account as im stil getting this error. Please see the image. Kindly assist on this. We need this as urgent.
