If your order was paid, the license activation code should appear in the Licenses section of your SDL account.
Please check the Orders section of your SDL account, as if the order was paid, it should be marked as completed. Then the license should appear in your SDL account:

Payments made through bank transfers can take several working days to be processed, and only after the payment is received, the order will be marked as complete and the license activation code will be issued.

Indeed, I can confirm you've purchased Trados Studio 2021 Freelance (permanent license), but the message you've received is for a cloud service called Trados Live Essential (as the message is from RWS Language Cloud - the platform hosting this service). Trados Live Essential is offered for free for the first year, and when the subscription expires, it will not auto-renew.
